On the bulletin board you can post any question that is not
answered by FAQ or tips & tricks. An answer might come from any
ShowFlow user, of course including ShowFlow staff. You can also chat
with on-line users and upload screenshots of your own models.
At your first visit select the option 'join this community' to
register free of charge.
Finally our Tech Support Team is always available for your individual
problems. We believe that we can best provide first quality support via
e-mail, so please use this contact method whenever possible. We often
require a copy of your model to resolve any problems you are experiencing,
so it will save time if you can provide this with your initial enquiry.
The help of our Tech Support Team is free for 30 days after purchase,
